Dave Navarro and Carmen Electra insist their marriage works because it's completely unconventional. The celebrity pair regularly spend long periods of time apart, which often sparks rumours that the couple are splitting up. Electra says, "This summer Dave will be shooting ROCK STAR and I will be in London shooting a movie. "We're great - we're happy - we've been together for five years. For us it's basically trying to catch up with each other. "We've been apart for the past two years. There's times where it's hard and we really miss each other. "Then when we do get to see each other, it's exciting and it feels new. We still get butterflies. "It's not the most conventional relationship - but we're happy!" Source
