Jessica Simpson recruits sexy pals for new video

Jessica Simpson has reportedly persuaded sexy pals Eva Longoria, Jessica Alba, Eva Mendes and Carmen Electra to don rollerskates for her new music video.

The promo for her new single Public Affair is being shot by X-Men: The Last Stand director Brett Ratner, who also did her Dukes Of Hazzard video THese Boots Are Made For Walking.

The video begins shooting later this month in Los Angeles and will be released on 30 June.

Dave Navarro and Carmen Electra insist their marriage works because it's completely unconventional. The celebrity pair regularly spend long periods of time apart, which often sparks rumours that the couple are splitting up. Electra says, "This summer Dave will be shooting ROCK STAR and I will be in London shooting a movie. "We're great - we're happy - we've been together for five years. The blonde actress admits she would love to have the power to see what people looked like without their clothes as she walked around the streets.

She said: "For a day, it would be fun to have X-ray vision where you can see people on the street naked."
